- Consent to Personal Data Processing
- By clicking on the Download (or Subscribe or similar button, by which you show your interest in receiving information from us) field and signing up for newsletter subscription or by sending a request for professional materials delivery, you as a data subject grant Behavio Labs s.r.o., with its registered office at Poupětova 1339/3, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, ID No.: 04253931, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under File No. C 243963 (“Behavio Labs“ or “We”) your consent to personal data processing name, surname, e-mail address and phone number for the purpose of distributing by e-mail marketing communications regarding new information (newsletter) or for Our team to be able to contact you at any future time by phone in order to establish business cooperation or provide you with business information (“Consent”).
- We declare that, as a personal data controller, We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
- How Long Will Your Personal Data Be Processed
- Personal data are processed for a period necessary for accomplishing the purpose of processing, but only as long as you withdraw your Consent. Thereafter, the personal data are stored for a period for which we must retain them in accordance with generally binding legal regulations.
- Personal Data Transmission
- Your personal data may be disclosed to Our employees, lawyers or suppliers, but only insofar as necessary for the purpose of processing. Personal data may further be provided to the following processors:
- Timony s.r.o. (telephone verification);
- IdeaSense s.r.o. (partner for testing via Ideapoly);
- Google LLC (tools for communication and development);
- These processors mostly have only a limited access to personal data. Personal Data are sometimes transmitted to other processors, but only to a limited extent and always only for the purpose of transferring the data to Behavio Labs. No processor may use the personal data for its own, marketing or any other, purposes.
- Some processors are seated outside the European Union, e.g., in the USA. We have agreements with all the processors who have committed themselves to erase on a regular basis any personal data so transmitted and refrain from using the personal data for their own purposes. We do not transmit personal data in outside the EU any other manner whatsoever.
- Your personal data may be disclosed to Our employees, lawyers or suppliers, but only insofar as necessary for the purpose of processing. Personal data may further be provided to the following processors:
- How We Protect Your Data
- We have adopted any and all technical and organizational measures to ensure personal data protection as required by GDPR or any other binding legal regulations and to eliminate the potential of unauthorized or random access to personal data, their change, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfer or any other unauthorized processing and other personal data misuse. Such obligation survives the ending of the personal data processing.
- Personal data are under constant supervision, whether electronic or physical. We have applied modern safety and control mechanisms to ensure data protection of the maximum extent practicable. We have a system of user access control and rights and roles control to protect the data against any unauthorized access.
- Any persons having access to clients’ personal data in performing their job responsibilities or contractual obligations are bound by a statutory or contractual obligation of non-disclosure.
- Upon request, We are obligated to disclose your personal data also to state authorities (such as the Czech Police or any state authorities for the purposes of inspections insofar as such disclosure is necessary, etc.).
- You Always Have Your Data under Control
- You have the following rights which are fully respected by Us:
- Transparency. Whenever you enter any personal data, We will explain the purpose for which such personal data are used, and who is the processor and controller with regard to such personal data.
- Right to Access to Personal Data. Let us know and We will send you a summary of all your personal data We work with.
- Right to Rectification. Whenever you find out that your personal data in Our possession are inaccurate, you may contact us for the purpose of having the personal data rectified.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to Be Forgotten”). When We end processing your personal data for the initial purpose, such personal data are erased by Us. Similarly, We erase your personal data when you withdraw your Consent to the processing.
- Right to the Restriction of Processing. You may also restrict the processing of your personal data by letting us know in the case that:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the processing is restricted for a period enabling Us to verify whether the personal data are accurate or not; or
- the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and only request that the personal data processing be restricted; or
- We no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
- you have objected to the processing pending the verification whether Our legitimate grounds override your legitimate grounds.
- Right to Privacy Protection. If you find out or believe that the processing by Us of your personal data is inconsistent with the protection of your personal and private life or at variance with law, particularly if your personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of processing of the same, you may lodge a request for clarification or rectification of the situation, primarily by way of blocking, rectification, completion or destruction of such personal data.
