How do heatmaps work?
Our heatmaps use the UNISAL model, developed by researchers at the University of Oxford. Built on Googleâs MobileNetV2 visual model, itâs capable of analyzing both video and static visuals.Â
The model was trained on eye-tracking data from 20,000 experiments to identify the elements that truly grab attention. This scientific foundation ensures that youâre getting reliable, actionable insights into customer behavior.
